GIND UK is providing testing and commissioning at 105 Victoria Street, a landmark development comprising 470,000 square feet of premium commercial office space across sixteen floors, complemented by ground-floor retail units.

Our sister company Integral Cradles’ has installed a traversing BMU with an 11-metre reach, specifically designed to provide comprehensive façade access despite the spatial constraints.

The unit features an auxiliary winch, providing additional lifting capability for maintenance tasks and ensuring flexible access to all areas of the building’s façade.

The project presented significant design challenges due to a highly constrained roof space and restricted BMU travel corridor, which Integral Cradles overcame using a model-first design.
