Based in our head office in London SE1, Andres is the engine behind the scenes, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met with precision and efficiency.
Andres’ journey to his role with GIND UK began in Colombia, where he completed his education before moving to Spain at the age of 16. It was in Madrid that his career took off, beginning as an apprentice electrician at GinD’s Madrid factory.
His natural talent and dedication soon became clear, allowing him to work across all areas of the business – from factory operations and installation to user training and leadership roles. This depth of experience has given Andres an unparalleled understanding of GinD’s suspended access equipment and solutions.
Since relocating to the London, Andres has brought this wealth of knowledge and experience to GIND UK, where he now manages a team of highly skilled maintenance engineers and project managers.
His leadership is defined not just by his technical expertise but by his ability to build strong relationships with our clients. Andres is more than a problem-solver; he anticipates challenges and creates bespoke solutions, ensuring that the most complex building designs receive optimal care and safety.
Andres works in partnership with Kevin Walton, GIND UK’s managing director, who provides commercial guidance and strategic direction. While Kevin oversees the broader business operations and strategic planning, Andres focuses on the technical and operational management of the company.
This collaboration between Kevin and Andres ensures that GIND UK runs smoothly on all fronts, from day-to-day operations to long-term growth and development.
