GIND UK is providing warrantied maintenance at Wood Wharf J1/J3, a major residential development situated along the south dock at Canary Wharf.

The development’s ground floor consists of commercial areas and an entrance hall, while the first floor houses facilities for the residents of the building, with apartments intended for rent located on the floors above. A total of 760 apartments are located within the housing complex.

GIND’s sister company and installation partner Integral Cradles delivered a dual-access solution for Wood Wharf Buildings J1/J3, providing both mechanical and manual access options for this prestigious Canary Wharf development.

The installation featured a BMU with 4.2m reach and 350kg auxiliary winch on twin track system, complemented by 34 davit bases with 2 abseil davits offering 1.7m reach capability. This combination ensures complete façade coverage and flexible maintenance options for the building’s unique architectural requirements.
