GIND UK is maintaining the access solution at Greystar’s student accommodation brand Chapter, a new, one-of-a-kind student accommodation in London, located in the heart of the city right next to the iconic Shard.

The impressive building allows unlimited access to first-class amenities. With a skyline-view Sky Bar and a state-of-the-art gym and immersive cinema, Chapter London Bridge redefines student accommodation with luxury amenities.

As part of the project, our sister company, Integral Cradles, designed and installed a sophisticated parallelogram BMU with a 23m reach and a 1,000kg auxiliary winch for Chapter, London Bridge, traversing on 23m twin tracks.

The engineering team developed a bespoke ski system to guide the cradle seamlessly across the building’s irregular façade, ensuring complete access coverage.
