Overview
Centrillion Point is the refurbishment of the former 1967 office building known as Lenning House, with its final units handed over at the start of December 2008. The high-rise building measures 45.1 metres in height, with 13 floors above ground and 106 allocated parking spaces. The scheme comprises a total of 189 units and was designed by Bryden Wood Associates, constructed by Logic Homes partner Durkan Limited. The site sits on the edge of Croydon’s Cultural Quarter, an area currently undergoing its own multi-million-pound regeneration, just off the High Street, with commuters benefiting from strong transport links to Central London via nearby East Croydon Station.
During the refurbishment, Integral Cradles was contracted to provide two powered short-reach BMUs, with the project package completed on time and within budget. The system is now under warrantied maintenance with Integral Cradles’ maintenance partner GIND UK.
