GIND UK congratulates Integral Cradles on major contract win with Canary Wharf Contractors

GIND UK is delighted to congratulate our installation partner, Integral Cradles, on its latest success – securing a significant contract with Canary Wharf Contractors Limited. This exciting project will see Integral Cradles install three state-of-the-art Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) at the prestigious Wood Wharf development.

As Integral Cradles’ maintenance partner, we’ve witnessed first-hand the team’s dedication to delivering top-tier access solutions. The company’s continued growth and the award of this contract further demonstrates its industry leadership in providing specialist façade access equipment in the UK.

On track for installation completion at the end of 2024, the BMUs will service Buildings B2, E4 and J1/J3 at Wood Wharf. The project includes one BMU each for B2 and E4, along with an additional BMU and an Abseil Davit System for J1/J3. This latest win reflects Integral Cradles’ ongoing commitment to providing innovative and tailored solutions that ensure maximum safety and efficiency.

Kevin Walton, managing director at GIND UK and Integral Cradles, commented: “We are proud to expand our works at Wood Wharf and contribute to the success of this prestigious development. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that prioritise safety, efficiency and reliability.”

Wood Wharf, the first residential development within Canary Wharf, comprises 346 residences designed by award-winning architects Stanton Williams. Alongside luxury homes, the development will feature premium offices, retail spaces, restaurants, schools and medical facilities – creating a dynamic new district in London.

At GIND UK, we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Integral Cradles by providing comprehensive maintenance support for these BMUs in partnership with Canary Wharf Residential Management Ltd. Together, we remain committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and reliability across this iconic project.
