GIND UK congratulates sister company Integral Cradles on 17th project with Multiplex

GIND UK is proud to congratulate sister company and installation partner Integral Cradles on reaching a new milestone in its partnership with construction giant Multiplex, with the two firms now having worked together on 17 projects across London.

The latest addition to the portfolio is Vista, a major mixed-use development on London’s South Bank. Multiplex is leading delivery of the scheme for Mitsubishi Estate London Limited and CO-RE London as main contractor, with the project designed by Make Architects.

Vista will provide 640,000 sq ft of workspace, cultural amenities and new public spaces overlooking the Thames. The scheme comprises a six-storey podium with two stacked towers, rising 13 storeys on the riverside and 26 storeys to the south, and will accommodate up to 4,500 workers once complete.

As warrantied maintainer of Integral Cradles’ installed equipment, GIND UK looks forward to supporting the façade access systems at Vista once installation is complete, adding to a growing list of iconic Multiplex buildings the company already maintains across the capital.

Kevin Walton, Managing Director of Integral Cradles and GIND UK, said:

“Reaching 17 projects with Multiplex is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to the strength of that partnership. For GIND UK, it’s equally rewarding to know we’ll be maintaining the access systems on so many of London’s landmark buildings for years to come. Vista is a brilliant addition to that portfolio, and we’re proud to play our part in it.”

GIND UK’s role as maintenance partner means the collaboration with Multiplex continues long after installation, ensuring these buildings’ façade access systems remain safe and reliable throughout their lifecycle.
