GIND UK is pleased to announce it has recently secured the ongoing warrantied maintenance order on the project Marble Arch Place. The client is ‘Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited’.
Marble Arch Place was previously a dilapidated 1960s office block, completely unworthy of this superb location looming over Oxford Street, Mayfair and Hyde Park.
The new development has been designed by architect Rafael Vinoly, for clients Almacantar and the Portland Estate. It consists of an 18-storey residential tower, with 54 apartments and a seven-storey commercial building providing over 95,000 square feet of high-quality office space.
