GIND UK is pleased to announce it is back on site at Marble Arch Place where its skilled engineers are delivering the inspection and testing of a diverter trolley system – part of a façade access system at this redeveloped building.

Marble Arch Place was previously a dilapidated 1960s office block, completely unworthy of this superb location looming over Oxford Street, Mayfair and Hyde Park.

The new development has been designed by architect Rafael Vinoly, for clients Almacantar and the Portland Estate. It consists of an 18-storey residential tower, with 54 apartments and a seven-storey commercial building providing over 95,000 square feet of high-quality office space.

You can read more about our previous work at the development with our partner company, Integral Cradles, who installed a significant specialist access solution there: https://gind.uk/marble-arch-place/
