GIND UK undertakes final works at Damac Tower before handover

Damac 4

A team of specialist engineers from GIND UK is on site at Damac Tower, on London’s South Bank, where they are undertaking final testing and commissioning works on the pantograph recessed façade system and green roof prior to handover of the project.

Known as Jenga Tower due to its complex shape, this residential development consists of a 50-storey North Tower and a 24-storey South Tower, situated in Nine Elms on the South Bank, in the midst of a multi-billion pound investment that is transforming the area. The architect is Kohn Pedersen Fox and the interiors are by Versace.

Integral Cradles, the sister company of GIND UK, completed the design and installation of the façade access solution before handing over the testing and commissioning works to GIND UK.

Overall, this has been a highly complex project involving multiple BMUs and monorails.
