GIND UK, the award-winning access systems maintenance provider, is thrilled to announce it has been awarded an extension of its existing service contract with JLL to provide access systems maintenance for its client HSBC.
The contract with JLL covers the major BMU sites of 8 Canada Square and 1 Centenary Square, which have been under GIND UK’s care since the installation of the level 44 replacement BMUs at 8 Canada Square by the firm’s installation partner Integral Cradles in 2015.
The award follows the confirmation of JLL’s extension of its facilities management contract with HSBC, covering over 4,000 locations worldwide. JLL has chosen GIND as its preferred partner for access systems maintenance at HSBC’s London-based property.
Discussing the contract award, GIND UK Managing Director Kevin Walton said:
