Overview
GIND UK is providing warrantied maintenance services at One Leadenhall Street, following sister company Integral Cradles’ installation of a new façade access solution at the development.
One Leadenhall Street is a tower comprising 40,000m² of office accommodation, a free public terrace and ground floor retail located in the City of London. The 35-storey building is located next to the Grade II-listed Leadenhall Market, on the site of the ancient Roman Forum, an area home to several important City structures.
Architect Make’s design embraces the heritage of the area, and complements the surrounding architecture in scale, proportion and materials. The 4-storey masonry ‘street block’ reflects characteristics of similarly sized neighbouring buildings, while the three elegant ‘blades’ above it stagger in response to the City Cluster to the north and the lower-rise buildings to the south.
The BMU installed utilises a unique wheel design to accommodate extremely limited roof space and tight track bends
