Meet Our Leadership Team

Kevin Walton - Managing Director

Kevin is a commercially strong business leader with significant project management experience including 30 years’ commercial property construction experience in London, the rest of the UK and Hong Kong. His strengths include business strategy, operations, safety, supply chain and customer relationship management.

During his long and successful career, Kevin has developed great strengths in project management, business strategy, operations and safety, as well as supply chain and customer relationship management. His ability to lead, coach and mould diverse and multi-skilled teams is of great benefit to the business.

Kevin’s strong track record results from being passionate about growing the company. This means leading innovative, adaptable teams, supported by operational excellence through continuous improvement and underpinned by strong values of safety, quality, social responsibility and respect.

Kevin is GIND UK’s managing director and responsible for the overall leadership of the business as well as all financial functions.

Andres Ramirez – Operations Manager

Andres brings a wealth of suspended access equipment experience and knowledge to GIND UK, having started his career as an apprentice electrician in Spain.

His expertise spans the entire GIND product line, from factory operations and installation to user training and leadership. Andres’ unique understanding of GIND equipment allows him to develop and implement bespoke solutions for even the most challenging building designs, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Andres was born in Colombia, where he completed high school, before moving to Spain at the age of 16 to live with his family. He quickly developed an interest in the automation world which led him to enrol and complete his HNC in electrotechnical systems in Madrid while undertaking BMU factory experience training before moving over to the UK with his family.

Aldara Jara – Maintenance Manager

Aldara oversees all aspects of our maintenance services, from coordinating callouts and spare parts management to ensuring meticulous reporting and client communication.

Her attention to detail and proactive approach guarantee that our access systems operate at peak efficiency throughout their lifecycles.

Aldara originally studied civil engineering in Spain before moving to England and spending time working in hospitality to learn English. She then studied several courses, including the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course, in preparation of working in her first full time engineering role.

Prior to joining GIND UK Aldara worked as an assistant project manager for Integral Cradles and also dealt with the maintenance side of the business. Following the formation of GIND UK, Aldara joined the team to work solely on the maintenance side of façade access systems.
