Triptych, 185 Park Street

Overview

We are currently providing warrantied maintenance on the access equipment at Triptych, 185 Park Street, in South-East London.

In September 2022, Integral Cradles completed the installation of two large telescopic BMUs at 185 Park Street. Its team also delivered a suite of bespoke access equipment allowing abseiling access at the building.

Triptych, 185 Park Street is a brand-new mixed-use development consisting of 163 apartments, office space, retail and a landscaped pedestrian boulevard connecting Park and Emerson Street.

The development provides workspace in a ten-storey building and two residential blocks – fifteen and nineteen storeys respectively – along with amenities at ground and lower ground, plus retail and café spaces.

Designs for the residential elements optimise their slender footprints to be adaptive and maximise amenity space and local views. A gently twisting form, combined with undulating curved terraces wrapping around the exterior, affords the buildings a considered sculptural aesthetic.

Working alongside our sister company and installation partner Integral Cradles, we deliver a whole lifecycle solution at this iconic building.
